"Not until after I had expressed what I was looking for, picked a style, chose a size, tried it on and was told the colors I liked were in stock in my size and started the checkout process did the sales guy tell me that the items would be shipped in 2 to 4 business days and arrive 3-5 business days after that. This store does not stock anything to sell to you on the spot, it’s just a dressing room for their on-line business. That’s cool. Just tell me that when I walk in so I don’t spend 15 minutes shopping for something I want to wear tomorrow. Nice goods. Poor customer experience.."

"I walked into Bonobos, never knowing about this company, looking for a complete wardrobe change. Destiny C. walked me through all the clothing styles, fabrics and color options. Destiny gave me a fitting and told me things about styling that I never knew! I was so happy with the choices that Destiny picked for me that I had to get on Google and write a review. Clothes have never fit me this good! She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I left the store as a huge Bonobos fan and now I know so much more about clothes, styles, fitting, and textures."

"I can't wait to visit in person! I made an online order, and there was an item that ended up out of stock at the warehouse. I thought that would be the end of the journey for that particular item, didn't give it a second thought. Jesenia at this location sent me the nicest note, offering ideas for a replacement item, a modest discount on that replacement item, and even offered to schedule an in-person appointment! Absolutely floored by the level of customer service and a smart sales strategy! :)"

"This was the most confusing shopping experience of my life. I tried on a few things I liked, but when I went to buy everything they told me the store was only for “trying stuff on” and that I needed to order the actual clothes I wanted online. I was flying the next day and needed the clothes for my trip so I walked out of there with nothing. They also didn’t have my size (standard normal size) for a bunch of stuff which just seemed insane. If you’re going to be a “try on” store then you absolutely need to carry every size or every item. Felt like I was stuck in a Curb Your Enthusiasm episode. Everyone was very nice though, four stars."
