"DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I agree with the several negative reviews below. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and rude. I went with two groomsmen to try on Tuxedos and the staff looked at me like I had 10 heads. They basically pointed to a mannequin and said we can order that for you but we have nothing for you to try on. No one bothered to get out of their chair to help me or greet us when we walked in. The customer service was heinous. I can’t believe we couldn’t try on tuxedos at a suit and tuxedo shop! We walked right out the door. Shop was also dirty and dingy. Not the experience I want to give my groomsmen when renting tuxedos."

"Spent about $1300 at this store a few weeks ago. Today I went back to return the sports jacket that I never wore or took out of the bag, and an over priced dress shirt that I didn't need. Keeping the suit and everything else since I wore it at a recent wedding. Well, for some reason the salesman took the tag off of the jacket the day that I purchased it without my knowledge. He helped me out and was seemingly professional but removing the tag without my consent should give me the ability to return it. They said no. Despite living down the street I won't be shopping here again."

"Came in quickly, hoping to grab a sport jacket. The young lady that was helping me did try to help, but the ppl who knew where the sports coats were sat there commenting on what was happening instead of helping. And then once they decided to help just told me the coats were “scattered around.” Thanks that’s super helpful. What they didn’t know was that I used to work at that very location when I was in college. I knew what I needed, just expected better service. Anything would have been better."

"I used to get all my suit rentals and purchases for years. I went in recently to look at Tuxes and Suits for an upcoming wedding overseas. The person helping us was extremely rude and very short with us. When I approached to say what we were looking for he just pointed down at the table and walked away. He got me a suit jacket and it was pretty close to my size it was just slightly too tight. I asked him to try a size up and he said “it fits perfect, it’s going to be too big”. I told him you can see the button is a bit too tight. He went and grabbed a jacket 4 times bigger than the one I had and Said “see too big”. Where we will be gone for a few weeks I said that I wanted to see if I should rent or buy. He said “you’d have to buy you don’t have a choice”. I said “well I’d still like to see”, he said again “no….. you don’t have a choice, no one will rent to you for 2 weeks”. I called a men’s warehouse location different from this one a month prior to this visit and they said that they would rent it but charge a double fee, which I understand. This person did not make me feel good, welcoming, or comforted in this process. Especially when the associate said the starting price is $500 for a tux. We went to Milton’s up the highway and they were extremely helpful and had much more options. We will be bringing a group back there to grab our tuxes before leavening. I wrote in to corporate and told them I didn’t want a discount or call back, but an email acknowledgement that my feedback was received would have been nice”"

"If only zero stars was an option. I have never before experienced this level of gross incompetence in the sizing of a tuxedo. The salesperson consistently told me "trust me don't worry about the size." I was there for a sizing, the only thing I cared about was the size and right fit. Save yourself time and head to the Burlington location they are great!"
