"Initially I'd given my experience 5 stars. Back in January at the fitting, he was quick and seemed nice. But come the week of my friends wedding things changed rapidly. At the fitting he had told us we'd get a call once our tux was ready to go. Made sense, I'd love to pick it up early if possible. Come the Tuesday before still no calls to anyone, not even the groom. Prior to this he'd ignored several calls from the groom. For clarity the wedding was on a Thursday. So we all had to call to schedule a pick up time because surprise surprise, his advertised/posted hours are not accurate and he opens and closes as he pleases. So we all scrambled to make sure we had our tuxes before the rehearsal. The bride and groom to be had to go down in person to find out what was going on. When he was asked about the phone calls he insisted we were supposed to call HIM when we wanted to pick them up. The officiant was sized incorrectly the first time and Kevin blamed him saying he "gained 15lbs", he didn't. Would never recommend this place. Kevin's rude and unprofessional. Opens and closes whenever he wants without apology. The price doesn't match the service."

"Kevin saved the day with our groomsmen suits. We ordered suits through an online service and everyone’s suits were the wrong sizes. With less than a week to a wedding, we were able to get sized and fitted in the store. Can’t thank him enough!"

After another suit rental service left us hanging with less than two weeks til my wedding, Kevin was able to get us squared away on short notice. He genuinely cares about what he does, has fair pricing, and is a down to earth guy. I’ll absolutely stop here first next time I need a suit."
