"I bought a suit at the Franklin store on the way home from the Premium Outlets. We found another suit at another store and decided to return the suit. The Framingham store is closer so we went there. They told me I couldn’t return the suit there because it went against their sales. I explained that the Franklin store was far away and I’m here now. The Salesman questioned that we were driving home and stopped and bought a $600 suit. I said, absolutely! It had all its tags and was in the plastic that the Franklin store wrapped it in. I had the receipt. They did take it back but there wasn’t a reason to question me. Oh well."

"I just brought my two boys in for a fitting for tuxes for their sister’s wedding in March. The service we received was superb! Brian helped out my younger son, which was tricky as he is just in that in between age between kid and small adult sizes. Brian was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough to make sure we got the right fit - I have no doubt that when we pick up his rental he will look spectacular. Chrysta and Lior helped my older son, who also has some tricky dimensions. They were super friendly and easy to work with. Could not recommend this store and this team more! Thank you!"

"What a excellent shopping experience! Walked into the Framingham, Ma store for the first time looking for a pair of dress pants. Brian immediately assisted and recommended a pair of pants that were a great fit. He noticed they were a bit long and offered to have them hemmed. Made me feel like a rock star. Easy shopping experience. Will definitely go back and pick up a suit real soon!"

"Brian and the other staff at the store were very helpful during the rental and return process. They knew what they were doing with getting measurements and giving me their opinion on the final fit of the suit. If you tell them you have a preference for fit/length, they'll be happy to accommodate you or point you in the right direction to find what you're looking for. I know service can vary pretty greatly from location to location, but the staff and owner here did right by me."

"My brother and I recently needed suits for a wedding, long story short we needed to re-order suits not tuxes with no additional costs. The team there was very nice and didn't seem to take too long getting fitted. Even had the pleasure of meeting the new manager on return of the suits, he was very professional and nice to talk to. Will be returning with all my suit/tux needs!"
