"Service is great when the owner is there. The staff member this last time was more like a bank security guard who refused to come from behind the counter or tell us where to look for a certain type of travel bag, which we found by accident in 3 different locations. When I asked the gentleman why he was so unhelpful to us or other people in the store he said, "go ahead and leave...etc." Obviously he doesn't know how hard it is for brick and mortar stores to compete with big box stores and online sellers, or else he would display even the smallest amount of enthusiasm and appreciation for the people who drive half an hour because they had a great experience when the owner was there."
