"I have got piercings from this place it's dirty !!filthy! I don't know how it passes any kind of state inspections, I don't even know if the needles are clean ,the owner smells like she hasn't had a shower in I don't know how long , Gross! she is rude and unprofessional!"

"I went there last year in early April with my ex to repierce my cartilage. The place isn't really clean, but Barb did try to make me feel welcomed. I asked her to mark exactly where the old one was, mentioning that you can feel right where it was, and her response was something along the lines of she's not going to feel my ear. I had to feel for the spot myself after she marked it. She laughed like I said something funny when I said what I liked about the jewelry option I picked. All I said was that I liked the gems and balls that weren't too big or small. I was clearly nervous and there were WAY too many people in the room when I was getting it done. The piercing wound up rejecting and I had to ask one of my friends to help me take it out. I won't be returning here anymore."

"Last year Barb did my nose piercing and it was perfect. My hole family has gone to her for piercings and we have all been beyond satisfied I highly recommend going here. Shes a wonderful lady and makes u feel really welcomed"

"I have had piercings done before, but this was my first time at Revelation. The lady who does the piercing is SO RUDE! I walked in and sat quietly waiting for someone to assist me, and after about ten minutes this lady in the corner, who I thought was a customer also waiting, stated mumbling at me. When I said "Excuse me?" b/c I couldn't hear her, she started YELLING at me. When I realized SHE was the associate that would be piercing me, I wanted to leave. I've been wanting this piercing so badly for years that I chose to stay. She rudely pushed paperwork in my face and barked at me to fill it out. barking is the only way to describe the way this woman spoke to me. So we finally came to the piercing, and she didn't even really ask me what I wanted. She just grabbed a basic diamond piece, which isn't what I wanted, but I was so uncomfortable and intimidated that I didn't say anything. When it came to placement, I wanted her professional opinion on where she thought would look good, but she kept saying "I don't know." As a professional you should be able to give that kind of input when it's asked for. in my other experiences the person doing the piercing was friendly and helpful and they were excited for me to get a cool new piercing. This lady was rude and she didn't care one bit. She seriously rushed me, so it ended up being too high up. I ripped it out two hours later, crying. If she had provided a comfortable, unrushed environment, I honestly believe I would have been more picky about the placement. Now I have to let it heal before I can try again. I have been excited about this piercing for almost three years, and in a hasty thirty seconds this woman completely ruined it. I would NOT recommend this studio for piercings. Honestly, if i had a better experience getting pierced, I might have actually liked the piercing enough to keep it. NEVER going there again!"

"I have gotten many piercings from here and have never had a problem. A few weeks ago I went to get my industrial pierced and Im used to the pain because I have many piercings. I thought it looked good at first but as time went on there was a lot of skin on the inside of my ear close to the back. I went back to see if there was anything she could do and was very rude and basically said deal with it or take it out. $30 went down the drain and now my ear is messed up"
