Walgreens Pharmacy

"Horrible excuse for a pharmacy. Had 3 prescriptions called in from Urgent care, called multiple times and no one answered. Got a call from walgreens telling me my prescriptions were ready for pick up. Went to get them 10 minutes later and the pharmacy was closed. The hours say 8pm but apparently they're so short handed they closed early. Also they are no longer open on the weekends. I have bronchitis and cannot wait until Monday to pick it up. Long story short, had my meds transferred to another Walgreens in Westbrook. Was told it would be ready the next morning. Here I am to pick it up and not only are they not filled yet, but one of the 3 scripts wasn't even listed. Such a waste of my time. I will never support this company again after the experience I've had."

"called and was on hold for 2 hours. I was the next person to be picked up for the last hour and a half. they never picked up. they've had more than 24 business hours to fill an urgent script. beyond awful service."

"Worst place in the world to try and get a prescription filled. They won't answer the phone and don't EVER have my prescription in stock. Awful service, terrible attitudes by the employees and long story short I'm going someplace else good bye Walgreens you're awful and my money is going someplace else. It won't be surprising to me when I see you close your doors!"

"I called the pharmacy FOUR times today and was hold for 25-30 minutes each time and then the phone just hangs up!!!"

"Ok I order my prescription for almost 2 weeks, there still working on there meds like why r u still working on it. It should be done like 4 to 5 days after I order it lately the last 2 month they've been taking way over a week to get my meds and been calling them to order them so apparently there not doing there jobs or not being responsible for the order. I know some co workers r there first year but wish those 2 coworkers didn't leave im little frustrated"
