"Usually go to Patmans. The redemption was closed on Tuesday didn't know that. Found this company. Went there with 8 large trash bags full. Guy asked if I had them counted. I said no. You'll have to leave your name and number and I'll call when they're counted. I don't want customers to have to wait. I could understand if other people were there but no other customers were there. There were 2 people working. From other reviews it the same older gentlemen that doesnt ever have time to count the bottles.Well you just lost a possible customer."

"Time is 3:41. The older men asked if our bottles were already counted. We said no. The older man stated he didn’t have time to count our three bags. (Not to mention his 4 employees sorting through already counted bottles) Wouldn't recommend this place if they don’t have time for their customers."
"I was told "why do YOU PEOPLE always show up at the end of the day" Being that it was 2:30pm and they close at 4 I was shocked at how rude the man was. He clearly did not care or want business since he seemed annoyed that a customer showed up."
"The gentleman gave ma a hard time for showing up with a couple trash cans of clean dry returnables at 3pm and they close at 4. He said "You should think about not showing up so late" then the other young man added "he doesn't care". These guys don't want to do their job, & I do not recommend giving them any business."
