"My family and I have rented pop-up trailers from Philbrick Enterprise 3 or 4 times over the last 5 or 6 years and have had incredible experiences. We drive up from PA and pick up the trailer on our way about an hour or so north of their location. Steve and his employees go above and beyond to ensure that we have the best vacation possible. One year the electrical on our SUV didn't match the electrical on the trailer; we had a flat 4 and we needed a round 6. They went out of their way to help us find a converter in town and, since it was late, came in early the next day to make sure we got all set up okay. This year, we had another issue in that the trailer lights were not going on and Steve figured out a way to get them going. And when we accidentally broke part of the trailer, Steve could have been incredibly angry and told us to get lost. But, he talked with us about what happened, thanked us for being honest about what happened and for notifying him in advance, and made sure we knew that we were welcome to rent from him again. It's rare to have that kind of service these days, and we truly appreciate it. We recommend Philbrick without reservation."

We made the decision to buy and both Steve and Brenda made it a wonderful experience. We went to pick up our coach and Steve walked us through the whole thing. He made sure we knew about all our features and how to use everything.
