These girls were amazing with communication phone and email, pricing is clear and fair, and they're understanding and professional. I'm personally picky with my makeup, and I did two makeup trials before my wedding day makeup, and it was the right decision. I felt like I could relax and have my hair and makeup done for me. I felt stunning when I saw myself. My hair and makeup stayed put on a rainy outdoor wedding day! Highly recommend these geniuses"

"I have been here once prior and had a wonderful experience getting a cut and color. I booked again to get a trim hoping I would receive the same care and quality of service. I did not. I am incredibly disappointed. I paid for a 60 minute service consisting of a wash, cut, dry, and style. The entire service was incredibly rushed and I was out of the salon in less then 30 minutes. My stylist was incredibly aggressive when washing and conditioning my hair, and roughly combed her hands through my hair in an attempt to detangle it. When discussing how much hair I was looking to cut off, I specifically requested only one inch be cut off. She cut my hair very quickly, and cut off an entire 3 inches of my hair. This was incredibly disappointing as I specially asked for a small trim and have recently been trying to grow my hair out. While brushing out my wet hair, my cartilage piercing was forcefully yanked out of my ear. I understand accidents can happen with jewelry, however she did not seem to notice which shows how aggressive she was in her service. Furthermore, she did not fully dry my hair, and it certainly was not styled. Parts of my hair were still damp and curly/frizzy from the wash. The entire appointment was rushed and completed in poor quality. The fact that this service was over in less than 30 minutes shows that the proper quality of goods/services was certainly not provided. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience and am seeking a refund for the lack of proper quality, care, and exchange of goods/services."

"Salon Beautopia was great to work with. They were super easy to communicate with and get in touch with, and were accommodating when I needed to change my wedding date due to COVID. As a bride that doesn’t wear much makeup and didn’t have an overly clear vision, they asked the right questions and made me so happy with my look! I truly felt like the best version of myself on that day. I also had them provide hair and makeup services to my 6 bridesmaids, flower girl, cousin, mom and aunt.. so they had a lot of services! They showed up on time, were super fun to have getting ready with us that day, and EVERYONE in my crew was thrilled with the results - from the 8 year old flower girl to my cousin who had no clue what she wanted to one of my bridesmaids who wanted all the glam and is very particular. They accommodated all the styles and looks and did a great job! They somehow even managed to finish a little early. Highly highly recommend!"
