"Awful customer service, awful communication, and completely over-priced. Almost $600 for 5 sandwiches. The owner is not helpful yet announces he is the owner (tip for you, don't be proud of that when your customer service is non existent).. and apparently he can't contact the kitchen to get an answer for me, but then magically calls the kitchen once I get upset, interesting. He must not like money. I will never use them again, good luck staying in business."

"The owner of this business have Zero Customer Service. She really shouldn’t be in a service business. She doesn’t realize that when she charges $90 for simple scrambled egg order plus $50 delivery, YES if I want to call 10 times to confirm, she better show some respect and be polite. Otherwise, she better close the shop or hire someone else to deal with customers. She is rude and very unprofessional. I hope this was the last time I would need catering in that area!"

"This caterer is the best! I just had my wedding on Nantucket and they catered a sit down dinner and cocktail hour for my guests that was outstanding. My guests are still talking about the food. The staff was unbelievably nice and they made the day so special- can’t thank them enough!"

"I’ve been using the various services of Taste of Nantucket since they were established. I’ve sent grocery lists for them to fill my fridge, had prepared meals put in the fridge, enjoyed catering for cocktail parties and intimate dinners and a clambake for 30 at the beach. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the results and the quality of the product. When I’ve asked them to decorate the tables or my home for an event I have always been delighted by the fresh, simple beauty and final outcome. I can highly recommend Taste."
