"I ordered the 'Fresher Than Ever Roses & Mixed Fruit Gift Bundle - Single Bouquet', but what I got in the end was a Thanksgiving bouquet - ON DEC 8TH. I was only told 'they are out of roses' when I came in to pick up, leaving me with little choice but to accept it. If you can’t fulfill the order, DON’T confirm it the day before. Worse even, the flowers in the bouquet have wilted. Many have mold grown all over them. In a supermarket, they would've been thrown out weeks ago."
"Ive been trying for hours to get in touch with the Waltham edible arrangements. I just need information about my order that is suppose to be delivered to my sons school for his teachers . I understand if workers are busy BUT I have been calling since open time & NOT ONE CALL has been picked up . I stayed on hold for very long very patient but this is just very discouraging . i am not sure if i want to order again if this is the result of things . just ridiculous to me . its now 11:16 AM , its a school so i need this to be delivered at a certain time . This actually gets me stressed out . wasted over 100 dollars , tracking information said it was received by store . not anything else . by this time it should be on its way or within the hour. I ordered a day before so it isn't a same day order . * UPDATE : I've had a very nasty associate call me from the store. first she did not want to give me her name & she hung up in my face. She said my order isn't prioritized even though it is a school , she said because its mothers day she cant do anything about it . i am confused because it is still teachers week & they should still be prioritizing those orders. she said she cant guarantee that my order will make it before school hours are done . its Friday . honestly with the treatment I just received & all the stress with this order , I will definitely NOT be ordering from Waltham ever again. i read the reviews on google & I tried to see past it but the reviews are 100 percent right . this store is just not what it should be . worst customer service I received in my life. I want to cancel my order but no one is picking up still & I called back the number the rude girl called me on which is a different number than the store number provided & still no answers … I ordered because I work a lot & I needed to show my appreciation for these amazing teachers but all I got was a gray hair after all of that . you guys are the WORST . SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR ENERGY OR MONEY HERE CAUSE IT DEFINETLY WONT BE APPRECIATED. UPDATE : Its 1:34pm . I called the school . No delivery . Thank you guys for ruining this for me !"
"I placed an order to be delivered on valentines day, when i called in the morning of to confirm a delivery time at 10:52am i was told that the delivery driver for my area hasn't started yet and they were waiting for the person to come. Why weren't deliveries started earlier on a holiday? good question but not for me to answer. The lady I spoke with told me they have until 7pm to deliver the order and that's when i told her its a business that closes and the person the order is for leaves at 4pm today and asked if i should just cancel my order. She told me she cant confirm a delivery time but to call back between 2 and 3 pm to get in update and we can go from there. After 3 i called them 16 times exact and couldn't get to anyone. I picked the person up from work at 4, as i told the employee, to see that nothing was delivered. We even waited outside for 20 minutes hoping it would come and nothing came. I call again this morning and an employee said that the ordered was delivered at 445 directly to the person who it was for and that they spoke to that person directly on the phone. I let them know that's a lie because the number i put on file for them to call when they got to the business was the office phone and if she was with me heading home in the car with me how did she answer the office phone? the employee kept saying she spoke to her directly and i i kept saying that's impossible because it wasn't her cell phone on file it was an office phone and when she was with me she was empty handed. Now I'm waiting on a call from a manager to resolve this. I just don't understand why the employee tried to lie and keep the lie going when i know what number i have on file and i had the person with me at 4 empty handed."
