"I had a florist cancel on July 27th for my daughter's August 27th wedding. I called every florist in the area and basically got laughed at. Then Richard picked up the phone and agreed to help me. We talked on the phone emailed a bit since I'm in MA and he and the wedding were in NH. I sent some inspiration pictures and let me tell you the flowers were GORGEOUS!! They were delivered to us before the scheduled delivery time to boot. I can't thank Richard enough for taking this last minute order and creating the most beautiful bouquets and boutineiers. All of the flowers were perfect but the brides bouquet was just amazing and she was SO happy. Thank you SO much Richard you are AWESOME!!"

"Order flowers for a friend that's a new mom, the incorrect flowers were delivered . When I called they informed me that they would not refund me and provided me with options that were good for them. I made mention that the delibery was for a new mom so coming back out would not be a good idea. They said well we will then come pick the flowers up the original from them, WHAT?? The owner was not helpful at all and it's clear this company does not care about customer service. Order at your own risk.. UPDATE: Ended up having my husnband call the owner back after sending them what was advertised vs. what was received along with informing him that we checked the box for no subs. The owner openly admitted that his staff messed up. But soon after lost it and had no control and informed my husband that "His wife clearly must've been talking in his head about this" with many other sexist comments. You can see below what delivered vs. received, can't believe that this how customers are now treated."
