"Worst edible arrangement I have ever received. The melon was white not green. The pineapple was hard and unedible. The cantaloupe on the other hand was so overripe it took on that translucent look. The strawberries were either overripe or not enough. No happy medium. I honestly can’t believe it came from edible arrangements it was so bad."

"I love Edible Arrangements until yesterday. I ordered the large sympathy Dove Bouquet for the death of a family member. We paid $79.95, added the $6 personalized card and a plastic cross within a heart. All total it was $117..Worth it...or so we thought. You would expect chocolate covered fruit..ESPECIALLY FOR $117. NOPE, NONE, SILCH, NADA. You have to order it separately for an ADDDITIONAL CHARGE and PAY TO ADD THE WHITE CHOCOLATE DOVES THAT ARE SUPPOSED to come with it. I was the last customer of the day. She even locked me in the shop while making it. I asked her to please add CHOCOLATE to some of them or put some chocolate in a cup or on the side..her excuses were she couldn't, she wouldn't now how to charge me, she couldn't reach the manager..etc etc..Do you know that they DO NOT SELL CHOCOLATE DIP OR CHIPS IN THEIR STORES...Thats like having a baby in the hospital yet not providing diapers to buy. Forever changed my attitude towards them. I am asking that when the Manager, who WASN'T HER, reads this to please call me..."

"My husband bought me 6 chocolate covered strawberries on 2/14. I went to take a bite of one today and found MOLD!! These strawberries were made way too early for Valentine's Day, as they had a lot of water in the cups the strawberries sit in. My husband called the Warwick, RI store and was basically told to fly a kite! They couldn't handle how busy it was! Disgusting- will never order again from that location!!"

"For my birthday they gave me a coupon for free chocolate dipped fruit. Unfortunately I am not a fan of chocolate dipped fruit so I almost didn't redeem my coupon. One day before my coupon expired I was able to stop in at this location but then found out they were closing. Julia, I believe was her name, was still more than happy to help me. I asked about a different option and she was more than understanding. She offered to make me something different and have it ready for me to pick up on the next day after work. Very thoughtful, Thank You!"
