"I received a gift of flowers from Rimmon Heights florist in 2021 that I truly enjoyed. This year I ordered from them myself expecting the same quality. The customer service was good and I like to support local business, that is the reason for 3 stars. The quality of flowers I received was poor also not like the picture or same color of what I ordered on their site. For the cost of the flowers (without delivery) I will not order from this florist again. "BAIT & SWITCH. This is the email I sent Rimmon Heights Florist: I spent a lot of money (115.00) to send my mom a flower arrangement to lift her spirits up since she just lost my father after 50 years of marriage. I purposely selected The FTD® Rays of Life™ Bouquet because it had bright summer floral with sunflowers, iris, stock and delphinium. I picked this arrangement because of the irises and it was bright and cherry. See image on the left. My mom called me crying because she said the flowers I sent her made her think of a funeral and I didn't understand why until she sent me a picture of the bouquet you delivered. You did not deliver the bouquet I ordered at all. In fact, there were no irises, no stock and no delphinium in it all. Instead you put lilies they use in funeral arrangements with a few roses. That’s what made my mom cry and she said they reminded her of a funeral when I wanted to send her flowers to lift her up. Attached on the left is a picture of what I ordered (The FTD® Rays of Life™ Bouquet) and the picture on the right is what my mom actually received. I am so upset that I did not get what I ordered and it made my mom upset because it reminded her of a funeral instead of lifting her up. Please refund my money based on your 10-day guarantee policy. Thank you. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. So after I contacted them about not getting the flowers I had ordered, instead of dealing with me--the one who purchased these flowers they contacted my grieving mother to ask her if she liked the flowers and if she wanted another bouquet. Of course my mom said they were fine so that was the resolution in their sight. They NEVER contacted me to apologize or make this right."
