"My fiancé has been using Brian's flowers for a few years now to surprise me on occasions such as my birthday. The bouquets were always beautiful and the service was good, up until my past two experiences with this company. It first went downhill this past November, when a lady who answered the phone for Brian's hung up on my fiancé when the flowers he ordered were not delivered. English is his second language, but he is a fluent speaker. She told him she didn't understand him and hung up. So I called, and she told me she canceled the order and proceeded to hang up on me as well. Business tip #1: Customer satisfaction is key and is fundamental in driving positive word of mouth. Problem-solving must be in your skill set when working with customers and running a company. Don't hang up on your customers! Regardless of the first experience, we used Brian's again. My Fiancé ordered flowers for me for my birthday. Nobody was home when the flowers were delivered, so they were left outside in the wind and cold. Refer to the picture below to see how I found them on my doorstep :) When I lifted the flowers off of their side, all of the water that was in the vase came pouring out, a perfect way to receive my birthday flowers. In addition, the flowers were not in good condition. They were old and two days removed from receiving the flowers, they are already wilting. Unless you want wilted flowers with a side of attitude, don't use Brian's Country Greenery Florist."
