"We ordered from a florist off the funeral homes site, and they notified us late on the Friday that they could not fulfill the order due to the new year holiday. I called Cherry Hill to see if they could squeeze us in and they were very accommodating. They were able to take my order and a few other orders from our group to deliver arrangements to a coworker after the passing of her mom. Thank you for working over the holiday weekend to fulfill our order and for helping us with our last minute request."

"Flowers were gorgeous, and Susan and the team who delivered were very sweet and pleasant. She had a special corsage made for my husbands grandfather with his late wife’s favorite flowers… it meant a lot and those small details go a long way! Everything looked stunning."

"Susan and her team at Cherry Hill Flowers did a wonderful job with our wedding! They came highly recommended by our venue and friends. Pricing was very competitive and the quality of all the flowers and presentation was great. Our cake flowers were also supplied by them for a small charge. It’s a small team so I would just advise couples looking to book them for a wedding to book far enough in advance and to be patient. They are a very high in-demand florist with a very small team managing the requests. If you really want Cherry Hill for your wedding then you need to be able to trust the process and be patient. They were wonderful and everyone was blown away by their work. Only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 is just because they weren’t as quick to respond as other vendors but I wouldn’t change a thing! Just trust the process, everything was beautiful and we were highly satisfied with their work. Thanks team!"

"We had a wonderful time working with CherryHill! Susan quickly responded to my initial outreach and was able to confirm our date was available. I went to their shop to meet with her and she put together samples based on my initial vision. Everything aligned and we were able to finalize all over details through email, which was super convenient. Her team arrived on-time to deliver the flowers to both the church and our reception, and they came and picked up all of our rentals the next day. I can't thank enough for bringing my floral dreams to life within our budget!"

"Poor quality and communication. Susan is a terrible business person. Unprofessional and inappropriate. Instead of trying to rectify issues, she blames the customer, is rude, and says to check the “recipe” ordered. I paid $112 for the top tier Lucky in Love and my parents received 17 carnations and 1 rose. My mother was a florist and said it was not worth what I paid, although it was adorable. She estimated it would have been worth ~$65. That would have been the basic tier. Delivery was to the same town the business is in, so the charges do not match the service. I tried to leave a message but their machine wasn’t accepting messages. Furthermore, the day I selected for delivery, the company’s message said they were on vacation. I try to support local businesses, especially those operated by women. But Cherry Hill Florist is a reason grocery store florists are relevant. I would not have posted this message if Susan had a better approach to customer service. Such a shame."
