"I ordered flowers arrangement and casket blanket of flowers for my mom’s funeral and had requested white lilies and yellow roses as these were her favorite. They told me that I could stop in on Wednesday late afternoon to view them and when I did they were not even started. Walking into the funeral home and to see that what I had ordered was not there but instead cut summer flowers with bold colors and some yellow roses. Everything that she didn’t like! I went to the shop today to express my total dissatisfaction and instead received nothing but excuses that she had 4 other funerals to do. I can’t recommend the shop to anyone as this was totally heart aching to have this happen."
