"My review has been removed multiple times. This is try #8 or so. Mean florist. Sent me withering and broken flowers, petals falling off, some flowers dry. It was a very large bouquet. I called in saying I don't want dead flowers. He sent me another bouquet noticeably smaller but fresh. But then the owner called my significant other and complained about my dissatisfaction. The owner was very upset I dared to speak up and said I was the only unhappy person that day. It was 2/14 so I understand being busy or I may understand the owner tried to add old flowers or running out of flowers, but I do not understand unprofessional behavior of trying to destroy the mood of gift giving. My Google maps review seems to be getting removed."

"Kevin was wonderful to work with. I needed a last minute gift and he was able to get the arrangement delivered almost immediately. He happened to have an arrangement ready to go and he was about to leave so he delivered it for me on his way out. It was there in 20 minutes. Over and above service that was much appreciated. It’s so nice that there are people who still will go out of their way to make someone’s day special! Thank you Kevin!"

"I bought a fruit basket for a close friend who's mom passed away. I paid just few dollars shy of $ 100.00. The plastic wrapping was horrible and had a hole in it and was far from looking like it came from a elegant shop. No fancy bow. The pineapple inside was rotten. The crackers were bowl and basket(Price rite item). The truffles are an Aldi item. When ever I saw the gift I was extremely humiliated & embarrassed."

"Beautiful arrangements, very friendly staff. I found a Thanksgiving flower arrangement that I really liked, but was a bit to tall. So i asked if they could change some of the flowers to shorten it up some so it wouldn't block the view of the guests and conversation. They were very accommodating and changed it very quickly while i browsed the the shop. Lots of interesting things there, btw . Prices were very reasonable and service was A++ definitely recommend!"
