"I came here to rent charger plates for my sons birthday party. First off, the lady doesn’t even greet you, she asked me “what do I want” .. ok ? Secondly I ask if they have the charger plates decor plates that they rent and they were super confused, tried explaining it and who either seems to be the owner or the manager of this place gave me the most dumbfounded face when I asked for decor plates? Didn’t know what she was talking about and didn’t even try looking for what I asked for. Won’t even try coming here ever again. Service says it all."

"I put a deposit for a two-seater throne bench, on the day of pick up the chair wouldn’t fit in my car. The owner was able to accommodate me, she offered delivery or two single smaller throne chairs that would fit in my car. Overall I got my moneys worth and everyone loved the chairs at the party and I got my deposit back. Will be returning for future party rentals!"

"I bought 2 funeral arrangements. Paid $400. The roses were old and falling apart. They were spread out lots of fillers. Some were actually wilted. What can one do? Take the wilted, dying flowers, because you need them and there’s no time to order elsewhere. So disappointing. Not good business ethics."

"Ordered one item and received what she thought was needed. Refused to look at pics of item to show her what we ordered was not what was received and tried showing her pics. She insisted we used it and that it should have fit. I took pics of last minute replacement Cursed at me and my dead grandmother may she rip. Very rude. Disrespectful. All in front of my 6 yr old son."

"The attendant listened and provided an unbelievable flower arrangement for my mother's grave marker. We were extremely pleased with the color choices and the attentiveness of the person handling this. Very pleased and will be going back for additional flowers. Would recommend to anyone in the area."
