"We couldn’t be happier with the arrangements for my daughter’s wedding. Michelle took such good care of us from the start! When we came into Rosebud (only a month beforehand) for a consultation, we knew right away we were in the hands of a conscientious professional. Michelle showed us a photo book of weddings they’d done to give us an idea of the various styles to choose from, and then she listened to what my daughter had in mind. It was a joy for me to watch the two of them create a design to suit both her tastes, and the venue. On the Big Day, Michelle delivered the bouquets and vase arrangements herself, taking care to add some greens and buds on the tables around the vases for an extra festive look. The bride was particularly thrilled with the look and feel of her bouquet! Thank you, Michelle, for making our day all the more beautiful!"

"I have ordered from Rosebud florist at least 10 times. They always come out beautiful and last a solid week. These flowers were delivered to my fiancé on Wednesday for her birthday and by Saturday afternoon, the tulips were falling over, everything was dried out. Yes we took care of them properly as we always do and never had an issue. I called this morning to make them aware of the issue. A floral arrangement of this size and cost should not result in this. The girl on the phone was passive aggressive and rude and made it a point to say how there’s been no complaints on Valentine’s Day. Welllll give it time people. Regardless, it’s poor customer service. We have always come here in the past and recommend to others but not so sure we will be in the future."
