"First let me say, they did a wonderful job on my Mother’s funeral, and then due to circumstances they had to touch up the arrangements to include it for my sisters service as well. Very unfortunate and unusual circumstances. But they did a WONDERFUL JOB. SO I ordered an arrangement for a friend today and I told her designers choice make it different and unusual. Unique. I gave a budget of $100, I asked if that was enough, she said yes, 85$ + delivery. Ok. The recipient was more the. Happy, but for $85 there should be more flowers or higher end flowers included. When I called to to inquire and see what could be done, I was met with nothing but pure rudeness, and condescending attitude. I work at a florist, I know what things cost. It would have been nothing to refund $20. All they offered was to go and take it back and cancel the order. My biggest issue is the rudeness and the inability to make things right. The arrangement is nice but not $85 value."

"I ordered flowers for my Mother for Mother’s Day. As Sunday was full for deliveries, I requested a Saturday delivery. When they attempted to deliver the flowers on Saturday, my Mother was not at home. They called and she stated that she was admitted to the hospital and would be home for a few more days. They went over and above and delivered the flowers to the hospital. Thank you so much for going the extra mile. You are our go to florist and I will send anyone that I know your way when they need flowers in the Capital Region."
