"Was called for an emergency appointment, when I got there the dr’s had no idea why I had an appointment and by the time I left I found out it was due to one of the dr’s going on vacation. Not unusual for the VA to have no idea whats going on."

"Went to VA Dental. The dentist was polite, gentle and kept me comfortable while doing a deep cleaning. I return in a week for the left side to be done and the a filling replaced."

"I was the designated driver for the person having same day surgery here. While I appreciate the fact that they have/allow those that live far the hospital to stay overnight at a floor here, I must say the beds were very uncomfortable. They were single beds with coils that had seen better days, with a half pillow. I would suggest to others to bring their own pillow and whatever else to help increase their comfort. But again, it was very nice to have a place to rest for those far away."

"Very understaffed and don't have a lot of options for care as there are way too many patients and not enough doctors in this Hospital, they don't give you the option to schedule your own appointment like you should be able to because they try to keep you from getting Community Care which for many services including Mental Health would be much better served outside of the VA hospital and the doctors change every 6 months and you never build a relationship with your providers as they are all residents oh, and that's nothing against residence they work hard but they're only there for a very short. Of time and by the time you started to build a relationship they have to move on. Another example of the VA system failing veterans"

"No wait excellent cardio appointment. My health care has definitely increased my standard of living my life going forth. Not crowded, clean & I felt very much respected."
