"It took 4 months to get my repair back. I had to go to court and use the police before this the Hispanic owner screamed at me in the high pitched , screeching fast way the way she does and refused to even look for my tickets. I had my ticket Stubb's. She is rude as hell. This shop should loose there Bond!!!!"

"Horrible customer service!! I called at 8:58 a.m. regarding an item they had for sale on Facebook and because it wasn't 9:00 when they answered the phone they refused to answer questions about it. Next thing I know I'm receiving text messages from the employee arguing with me about the attitude I gave her because she wouldn't answer my questions well I'm sorry if you have something posted for sale on a website and people call with questions be prepared to answer questions. Horrible. Then I called back 40 minutes later she refused to answer any of my questions regarding the item posted for sale..just plain terrible customer service!! Again if you are not ready to answer questions about items you post for sale on a website DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!! And in regards to her claiming I called back again and tried to alter my voice and tried to hide who I was that is completely funny if I wanted to do that I would have blocked my phone number first really you are the one who started sending me text messages so you knew my phone number when it came up on the caller ID I wasn't trying to hide anything lady I understand you're trying to run a small business but if you're not ready to answer questions at 8:58 a.m. don't answer the phone!! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!"
