"This place is LITERALLY never open. On a Friday and Saturday (today) both days it was closed. There are no actual coin and bullion stores in the entirety of West Massachusetts where the owners actually know how to run a business. It’s absolutely insane. It’s no wonder places like JM bullion are thriving."
"I have only had good experiences here. I have found Paul to be trustworthy and fun to talk to."
"On 4/27/23 I stopped in to sell silver he told me spot was at $19.50/oz while Monex and everywhere else was above $25/oz he offered me $12/oz it’s a scam"
"I agree completely with BOTH prior reviewers. Paul Richards is not exactly the cheery "outgoing" type...you know that instantly if he's wearing the welcoming "YOU'RE FIRED" black cap. I dropped in today to learn what to do with a cache of perhaps almost worthless coins for which I'm responsible for selling. I needed advice about what choices I had about how to proceed. I am not a collector, don't care about coins, don't have much time to decide how to dispose of them or research this complex marketplace or post numerous items on e-bay. Hell, I could have a small fortune or more likely $100. This guy took about 15 minutes of his time to talk to me. He did suggest I might want to spend some big bucks ($125/hr) to have him inventory and log my cache, which he does regularly for estates - he told me. He seems to have many years of experience, goes to all the shows, has an apparently well organized and stocked little store, and has membership in all the professional organizations. He also gave me some very helpful information about what to look for - what years of which coins might be more valuable. He did not have to give me that information. He also said I could bring in some of the most interesting coins and he'd give me his opinion - for free!. Yes, he is a curmudgeon, but so what; he's also helpful and apparently honest and knowledgeable. I'd had given him a 5-star rating except that I have only spent 15 minutes with him, and I could be wrong."
