Family Medicine at Boston Medical Center

"This is probably one of the worst facility in the Boston area. Each time I have gone to this hospital, they have lost my test samples. I’ve made numerous complaints which have gone unheard and un-acknowledged. I had my appointment yesterday and they called today stating once again that my lab testing was canceled. This has occurred more than 3-4x in the past 6 months. This is absolutely ridiculous. People have to coordinate appointments around busy work schedule and school and this facility simply can never get it right. Now here I am re-scheduled to come back in and hope they do not lose the next sample as well. Just save yourself the trouble and find a different hospital- any hospital, or clinic. I had better luck at a smaller clinic."

"Everyone at the front desk is always pleasant! When I recently had my children switch over they were so helpful and patient with me,and answered all my questions never got an attitude no matter what time of day!! I would refer my doctor and this office to everyone!!!"

"Very disappointed. I am probably the longest active patient they have. I have been going to Fam Med for me and my 20 year old daughter and 17 year old son's health care since 1997 6 months after it opened. Unfortunately I am looking for another clinic for me and my daughter. F.M had always been the reason why I kept returning to BMC even after figuring out that there were so many other better options in Boston. When I found out they were moving from the main building I thought it would be a upgrade. Sadly it looks like a welfare office. A bathroom is almost in the waiting area with the door open so everyone can see the dirty conditions. There are 2 random ppl behind a clear plexy glass divider. The patient exam room look like stark prison cells. Such a step down. I went once for my sons physical but have put off my daughters and mine for a year now because I'm so disappointed."
