"I had great experience. I was able to check in online ( the online sign in was a bit glitchy but I got it to work. I heard others say they had same issue)I was sent a text telling me to proceed to facility. When I arrived, the ladies at the reception area were pleasant and helpful. The nurse that did my triage took great care of me. She explained the next steps clearly. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who was wonderful. She was very kind and patient. She explained what was going on and how her suggested treatments would help…. It is the next day and I am already seeing results! Very pleased!!"

"We had the greatest experience at our convenient md from start to finish! The woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely and so helpful providing coloring materials and stickers for my daughter when she saw her getting impatient. Dave who triaged us was incredible, super knowledgeable, thorough and great with my daughter! The doctor we video chatted with was also amazing! She was so friendly, thorough and educational! What a wonderful experience!"

"I was told by my primary care physicians office that they were recommending people go to the urgent care instead because they’ve been so busy. I decided to try this urgent care on whim, and I’m so glad I did. From the time it took me to walk in there to the time I was called back was maybe 12 minutes I know I came out a slow time but so it is an urgent care and the wait is usually much longer. The staff was kind of professional, They made me feel heard, and had me out of there within another 20 minutes.. Overall, I’m very pleased with how it all went and the care I received I highly recommend this one especially compared to ones in the area that takes so long."

"Check in was not pleasant, don't forget your credit card to keep on file or you will have to pay an additional $75 fee "that will be reimbursed in 3-4 weeks". I was checked in at 1:16pm and I'm still waiting to be seen after 2:45p. I would recommend BMC urgent care or somewhere else before coming back."
