CVS

"I stopped in to Newbury at. ( my neighborhood, CVS) to pick up my monthly prescriptions 11/25. As I got to the counter the employee quickly walked away to the back and said to another employee “the man is here “. Then to my surprise Out sprang a short redhead whom I had been treated very unprofessionally and I appropriately by several months before. She said her name was Hellen. Another employee walked by and said that was not her name. When I questioned the $$ amount the treatment began. The pharmacist tried to step in and fix the problem because she clearly understood what was happening and was clearly uncomfortable witnessing this planned attack to myself and my partner. I asked her to stop the rude treatment at which time she continued with the rude remarks and berating behavior. This is the second time this has happened to us. We have been coming to this store for years and have always had good interactions just like we did in the following day when we returned for another prescription. We are disgusted and disappointed with this employees behavior. Thank you to the interim manager (Corey) and the pharmacist for stepping in and correcting the problem. JS"

"Fine store, but the pharmacist and staff were complaining about customers to one another— loudly enough that I could hear them! Really unprofessional. Also the pharmacist who gave me my shot put gloves on, then touched a thousand things behind the counter. Not great."

"This CVS is wonderful. One of the Managers Korey I believe helped me on a Sunday at a busy time. I had been there the day prior and literally purchased something and left it on the counter. In no time at all he went through the security video footage and I was out the door with what I purchased the day prior (but forgot to literally pick up off the counter and put in my bag). He volunteered to help out ASAP and I hadn't asked for him searching the camera. Thank you!"

"Very helpful pharmacist. They didn't have tamiflu in stock but they kindly recommended a CVS nearby that did have it in stock. She was very patient and service oriented."

"Well stocked and helpful staff, they also have self checkout."
