"I am so surprise with CVS Pharmacy, when you call all you get is a machine, and you sit and wait for them to call you back that is so unacceptable..I do understand that this is how it is these day but when you have sick kids or spouse it more frustrated than anything else."

"I wish i could give this pharmacy a zero review . They never answer the phone staff is rude and inconsiderate. They dont communicate about problems with prescriptions and then hang up on you when they pretend to pick up the phone. While waiting in line pharmacy techs will literally look you in the eye and look away . They never call for back up when they are suppose too . Rule is 2 or more you call for back up. This location needs new managers and staff who actually do their job."

"It's an actual health hazard to send your medication over here. No one ever answers the phone, techs mess up prescriptions all the time (I've seen patients come back to say they received the wrong medication multiple times). I was told it would be another week for medication to be in stock. I went to pick it up the day they said it would arrive, and I was told the medication wouldn't be ready for a few hours. I didn't have "a few hours" to wait around, so I called back a week later to confirm if the refill was finally ready because medication had run out. They said it was "too soon to refill," because apparently they marked it down that I picked up my medication when I called to ask if it was in stock yet a week ago. Now, I have to wait for them to process my refill again."

"The worst pharmacy. 10 people behind the counter but still can’t get your prescription filled until you show up in person and yell two times."

"Please explain to me why the entire staff of useless people at the pharmacy go to lunch at the same time? Do you think people don't need to pick up prescription between 1 and 2 PM? They are the worst. Never pick up the phone and if they do they put you on hold and then hang up. When you go in person there are always 6 people standing behind the counter and not one single person acknowledges you and when they do they are rude. Like I'm inconveniencesing them. Please tell me what they are all doing because it certainly isn't their job."
