"I went here yesterday (4/27/23) to get some Birthday supplies for a friends birthday party. I went in and the store wreaked of cigarette smoke it was very strong. Not only that I go in there in a great mood and came out frustrated and just angry. As I go to the counter to pay for my stuff and ask about balloons I am greeted by the rudest employee ever. Now I know people have bad days we all do but I worked in customer service for 10+ years and this was just not it, to the point I literally left everything I was going to buy and walked out the store. The store wasn’t even busy so for her to act like I was such a bother was beyond me, mind you I was being super nice because I believe we should be kind to everyone but when your treated like this and make it seem like the customer is such a bother then never mind I’d rather not give my money to people like that. I don’t like leaving reviews and complaining but this kind of stuff is just not right."

"Absolutely Horrible Unacceptable Customer Service, went with my mom to get a pre-order of balloons, undersized unwilling to assist then trash talking us. José telling us to shut up and slandering my mother for being a forgien woman, calling her lazy and of poor work ethic while saying he doesn't care that he is in Customer Service, never going there ever again, Absolutely Infuriating!"

"Girls at the front were great. Employee did exceptional job on my balloons and took the time and effort to make them look appealing for daughters 18 th birthday party today. Everything I needed was available and well stocked and neat considering the amount of products in the store . Only thing is that it was incredible cold after staying in the store longer than 20 minutes even the employees even made a comment towards it"

"Itzaparty has a pretty big selection of party items. The store is a little on the older side but was clean and well-organized. Staff was very friendly and nice. They were also very knowledgeable of their store and items within. I had to return some items because I didn't need them and the process was very easy, though I think their computer software may be a bit outdated. A steady stream of customers were coming in and out of the store, and the hours were good. Their prices were reasonable, as well."
