"The only redeeming thing about this place is the fact that they have parking. Hostile and unfriendly staff, unreliable and truncated pharmacy hours, often requiring multiple follow up calls and visits just to pick up routine prescriptions. The staff is not only unhelpful but outright shameful in the way they speak to the clientele. I have watched them become inpatient with older people or really anyone who simply has a question. Terrible, and I cannot imagine what it would be like to depend on this pharmacy for lifesaving medications. Run away."

My boyfriend and I repeatedly faced the brunt of their inefficiency, with prescriptions consistently filled incorrectly and insurance details routinely botched. Confrontations are met with hostility, not help. When I provided evidence of a prescription refill my doctor had authorized, I was greeted not with an apology, but with a raised voice and baseless accusations. It's clear: this pharmacy's issues run deep, from poor staff management to a complete disregard for patient care. Ironically, the only redeeming feature of this CVS is its parking, a rare commodity in the city. But let this be a warning: easy parking is a poor trade-off for your health and dignity. Avoid this pharmacy where disarray and disrespect are the prescriptions of the day."

"ABYSMAL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not trust them with your medications/wellbeing. This is singularly the WORST pharmacy I have ever experienced my entire life. Don't pick up the phone, don't return calls, don't process transfers or refills correctly, don't respond to requests to contact them, AND TO TOP IT OFF they are rude and SLOW. They've held my prescription hostage for over a week. I will never patron this pharmacy or CVS again."

"This location takes forever to fill out prescriptions. Usually 2+ days and are rude when you ask about the status of your prescription. They also put expired OTC medications on the shelves. Thank you for being great CVS!"

"I have had more frustrations dealing with this CVS pharmacy and will be changing over all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy - which is frustrating being such a pain to do so and in a convenient location. They have only made it WAY more difficult to do business with them - from reducing pharmacy hours til 7 PM from 8 PM, NEVER answering the phone anymore and having to either try another time or leave a voicemail that will be returned in several hours which is unacceptable. The most frustrating parts are the constant long lines there and some of the RUDEST pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with!! There is a female pharmacist that is VERY rude and unprofessional - she clearly is overworked, stressed and hates her job!! I have been a long time customer and spent a lot of money in that store and for a lot of medications and should have a lot better service for the amount of business I have given them! They need to look at the staffing and resources and adjust to increase resource rather than decrease which is their trend!!"
