Reviews
"Overcrowded, understaffed, and out of basic meds for weeks at a time. Don’t use this pharmacy for life-sustaining medication. Better yet, choose a pharmacy that treats its employees better. CVS seems to have lost touch with reality, and is spiraling downhill fast."
"One of the employees in the pharmacy section is rude and probably racist. She told me to wait for the medicine I’m gonna picking up, and I’m totally fine with it. But there’s like only 1~2 people visit the pharmacy section during that period, and I’ve been waiting for 20+mins. Until another girl noticed me and asking me if I need help, so I told her what happened and she told me the medicine was already there… Then I go back to talk with the initial person that worked with me, and she’s like chatting and laughing with her coworker and seems like she’ve completely forgot me????? Go find another pharmacy if you can until they changed their employees…"
"The people working in the pharmacy section here are rude and racist. I went in today to get the flu & Covid shot, I had already made a reservation appointment in advance. When I came to my scheduled appointment I checked in with the girl working the counter who didn’t even really acknowledge me, and just told me to wait which I was fine with, but half an hour goes by and I check in with her again to ask how much longer and she rudely says they’re busy handling other things. It’s not until a full hour is about to go by and someone else notices that I’m still here that they work with me to get the flu and Covid shot I came in for. He asked if I had checked in with someone and this confused me since the girl who I did in fact checked in with was standing next to him. I pointed at her and he let me know that she had never even notified them about it which caused me to wait unnecessarily for over an hour necessary. Truly the worst experience!"
"Normally my go-to when I'm in the US, which is quite often (I am an Australian). However, on this last occasion I went into the CVS at Coolidge Corner and went to the Pharmacy at the back to ask for Sudafed - which I need for Hayfever. I know it is a controlled but over the counter medication these days however after presenting my Australian Passport as ID (I'm a former diplomat and a Pic Passport is the highest level of identification you can have) the pharmacy attendant rejected it as ID due to it being a Foreign Passport... What the??? what does a non US citizen do when in need of medication?? Just get sicker and die?? Please explain.."
