"I've been to plenty of pharmacies and this one is the worst by a mile. Total incompetence from top to bottom. The lack of professionalism is truly extraordinary. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else."

"I ordered photos from this location once and when I picked them up the person who printed them had stapled the envelope shut (and stapled through all of my photos inside). I also use this pharmacy regularly. It is usually 20 minutes on hold before they answer the phone. I understand they are short staffed and busy, but today the pharmacist assumed what I was asking and hung up on me in the middle of my follow-up question. When I called back, he was reading me information from my account, but was not listening to what I was asking. I had to interrupt him so that he would not end the phone call again without answering me. Every time I have called the person on the other end has responded to me like I am a huge inconvenience."

"For the love of God, don't use this pharmacy. If you live in Brighton, go to the Market St. location. These clowns will tell you to come back in 15 minutes, then when you do, they'll say "we'll start working on it now" (happened twice), joke around and show each other Instagram stories while the queue is backed up into the store while one person deals with customers, walk away from the counter and leave you hanging for minutes without explaining why, etc. etc. Looks like a lot of people feel the same way I do reading these reviews. Again, the Market St. location is great!"

"Once again one of ur pharmacists completely ignored an allergy in my chart for medication this would be the 3rd time its happened!! Thank god it wasn't something that could kill me! Please tell ur pharmacists to pay better attention to people's allergies before some1 loses there life! Only at cvs does this happen..unbelievable"

"*Pharmacy only* not enough staff, they don’t answer the phone, & don’t expect your refill to be refilled automatically or processed via online. This week I made 7 calls and 4 pick ups for the same prescription. The mis-information/lack of communication made the ordeal worse than needed. Just say a prior auth is needed, not everything else you think it may be! You can see on the screen the reason ins. is rejecting it! CVS Corp. is doing a dis-service by not hiring enough or training properly. These issues are trickling down to customers. This has been going on too long for me. Anyone move their scripts somewhere else local and have a better experience?"
