"Worst company I ever dealt with! I called them several times and never returned my call! They would send me a text to call them back at 515 pm and they closed at 530 pm! When I did reach them they sent me an email to upload needed documents! Only I couldn’t sign in because I didn’t have an account number! I stopped in once to talk to them and tried to make it easier! Nope! We do everything over the phone! I had to stop in again to drop off needed documents! Then I get a phone call with an offer not even close to what I applied for! I would not recommend this company to anyone!"

"If you get a loan it's going to be One of the highest interest rates available. Then don't expect them to answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. After my payoff happened they decided to charge me another month's payment. No communication!"

"I do not recommend using this company, they don’t answer their phones, they take to long to get back to you and go back on their word. I applied for a loan 2 weeks ago, decided to decline at the time, ask if I can change my mind 2 weeks later and they have to run a whole new report which I found odd because most credit pulls are 30 days. Their new off wasn’t even close to what I originally applied for. And they basically told me to pound sand. I’ve been a good customer who always makes their payments and this is how I get treated. I will not be returning to one main financial in the future and I suggest you don’t even start."
