"There are so many bad reviews so I need to come and say I have had great service from this pharmacy. I have called several times recently. Didn’t wait longer than 5 mins on the phone. That’s not long!! Healthcare is busy! The guy pharmacist was very nice with all 3 of my calls! Answered my questions and we were done. I have gone through the drive thru to get my script and didn’t wait too long. Sorry all these people are having issues but these people are working hard."
"Absolutely terrible experience every single time, incredibly rude staff, insane overcharge on many medications that are fully covered by insurance cause no one cares enough to take the proper steps, lying about being in stock on medications, got screamed at one day cause they ‘didn’t have’ the medication they called to tell me to pick up that I need to survive, I always treat staff with the utmost respect as I have worked in customer service and understand cvs treats their staff horribly but I shouldn’t be screamed at for simply asking when they would have my medication THAT THEY SAID THEY HAD. Do. Not. Go. Here. If any of the medications you take are required to survive cause you are genuinely risking your life. Should be shut down or cvs needs to pay they employees fairly cause taking it out on the people who rely on you to live is insane."
"I have been coming to this location for quite some time. While it has been mostly ok with occasional rudeness, this is the second time in the past four months they have had to "order" my medication because of it not being in stock. This isn't to say such a big problem, but when they say they will order it and it will be ready the next day, it should be ready. Instead, when calling to make sure before driving over there, again, I am told, it's still not in stock and they will have to order it and it will be ready the next day. This is the same for each of the two times I mentioned. The first time this happened, it was nearly a week before they "got it in stock". This time as well as the last time, there seemed to be no sense of urgency. This is medication that I need to take daily and going without leaves me in a very bad place. What is a pharmacy without medication. They should forecast their needs better. As I mentioned, I have been going there for a long time and have been on the same medication for a long time. Once I am able, I will be switching pharmacies. This is the last straw."
"My wife and I scheduled an appointment to get a Covid vaccine. We received numerous texts and emails confirming and reminding us. Even a half hour before our appointment. We waited 20 minutes on line and were told they were out of vaccines. They could have texted us and told us instead of reminding us of our appointment. The pharmacist attitude was oh well too bad it’s not my fault it’s CVS and their system. CVS has become too big they only seem to care about making money."
"Picking up from their pharmacy is a consistently miserable experience. It doesn't matter how many DAYS before you put an order in, somehow you still have to wait a half hour upon arrival because nothing is ready. My wife had submitted for fill several of our disabled child's meds two days prior and called this morning wondering why they weren't completed, and the pharmacist ensured her it would be all set by 5 today, which was a complete lie - they hadn't filled a damn thing and clearly weren't going to until they had to. We got the order transferred to Bedford NH and it was filled within 15 minutes."
