"Do not work with Susan Keenan and RE/MAX 360. She is unprofessional, unethical, rude and lies. I unfortunately hired Keenan to rent one of my apartments. She gave a good talk and convinced me to engage her services and RE/MAX 360. Once I signed an exclusive agreement with Keenan, I basically never heard from her again. As her client, I exhausted emails, text messages, voice messages, and with every attempt of trying to contact her, she refused to respond. I was constantly contacted, everyday, however, by other disgruntled realtors and renters who were trying to contact Keenan to no avail, to schedule viewings of my rental. She was non-communicative. Too many issues accrued with Keenan and her services, I let her go and hired anther realtor who rented my unit in 2 days. Keenan's reputation is exactly what gives people pause to the idea of working with a realtor. It's a shame, I know many great and hard-working realtors that are honest and really take care of their clients, Susan Keenan is not one of them. If you are in real estate or in the market of selling, buying or renting, do yourself a favor and stay away from Keenan and RE/MAX 360. The only way to post this review was by choosing at least 1 star. If I had the choice, I would have chosen none."
