"Hi to all at One Main Financial: I want to thankyou for your assistance. You've helped me knock out my credit card debt, which I was beginning to drown in. You are also assisting me with this loan by helping me put together a place where musicians can get together and play music in our community. I'm a drummer and violinist. Teaching and playing drums is something I truly enjoy doing. A little over 6 years ago I was doing just that until the apartments closed down. I was helping a couple of my grandchildren learn how to play. I have a couple of friends I played with many years ago who wish to come and play and even assist in helping other musicians or musicians to be come learn their instrument. I have the equipment for any musician who wants to play or sing with others as a group, experienced musicians. I also have the equipment to put videos on line, burn disks. Where I live now I'm unable to do that. Sound levels. I've been searching for just a place on the out skirts of town. "I’m grateful for receiving loan from OneMain Financial. Unfortunately, the ignorance of the executive customer service of Accepted for Value payments although accepting this legal form of payment has resulted in their being paid twice. They created a case number and haven’t returned the instrument of payment. I asked them to return instrument during initial phone call, and it wasn’t returned. During the phone call today @ approximately 1420, the representative offered to return the instrument of payment. It’s unfortunate that their unfamiliarity with this form of payment at their level employment is being denied. My payoff payment was to paid by my fiduciary from my bond. I recommend to all first responders, military, and veterans to boycott doing business with OneMain Financial."

"Misleading (borderline lying) when you speak to them about loans. Claim you’re prequalified based on accurate information and documents uploaded, also told multiple times it was NOT a hard check and wouldn’t affect my credit, but not forthcoming about when you do submit the final time, the credit check is a hard pull. Told me I was good to go as soon as I uploaded the docs and now I’m out 10 points on my credit and in the same financial situation I was before. Don’t look to these people for help."
