"I’ve had accounts with BofA for 20 years and for 5 years at this branch. I was out walking today and stopped in to get rolls for quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies, so that I could organize my change to deposit it. The teller insisted that I show ID, which I didn’t have, but I showed her it was me using my phone. She sent me a confirmation text that required I take my mask off, which I preferred not to do. Suffice it to say, my bank REFUSED to give me rolls for my change. I can’t imagine how this petty approach to customer service serves BofA. It certainly doesn’t serve customers. I’ll bring in bags of change to deposit. Some “rules” don’t make sense. The teller said she was “not authorized” to give me rolls unless I could show ID and prove I had an active account."
"This s.ıt bank is a SCAMMER! Every month I got cashed my checks, for the first time I deposit it via ATM and they blocked my check for 10 days!!! When ı went to brand they are never helpful now I cannot pay my rent and the other things. They are just SCAMMER"
"Needed two documents notarized but they could not come up with two witnesses in an entire bank that has about 8-10 employees on staff, found it very strange. Went to a much smaller bank across the street whom I don’t bank with and they had it done in 5 minutes."
"The bank receptionist- male, over 190cm in height, thin, black. He was rude both verbally and body language, not to mention professional. It's more like I'm being interrogated by him than I'm consulting him about opening an account. Sick enough."
"I have been banking with Bank of America for several years now. I made an appointment with Cooper Kelly to meet at 9am and I get a call from him 50 minutes before the appointment telling me that he is "out of the office today and cannot make our appointment and if we can reschedule for next week". I cannot believe the unprofessionalism for him and this branch. I was looking to apply for a home loan but now I am reconsidering closing all of my accounts and finding a new bank. I was on my way when I heard the voice message. This is very upsetting to me."
