"Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU) provides exceptional service! I primarily use it for "Harvard Alumni Card" credit card! I find the phone support and support via messaging to be prompt and greatly helpful. I use two apps - HUECU main app and also the app specifically for "Harvard Alumni Card". Both apps have excellent user interface. Only improvement I see is that the credit card transactions sometimes lag in showing in the apps. I like the cash rewards redemption of the credit card. I charge all my expenses (except rent and two utilities) to the credit card. I get a year-end summary by mail, classifying my charges in categories, which I greatly like. It would be helpful to have it in PDF form also. Overall, I find the credit card to be enormously useful for my every day purchases and auto-pay deductions. I think it will benefit people to apply for and use this credit card. Thank you for reading this review!"
