Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"I'm literally just walking out of the bank. Haven't even pulled off because I'm beyond disappointed in my visit here. Rosaly is one of the most unprofessional tellers I've experienced since banking with Bank of America. I've cashed checks in many locations NEVER have I had the teller place the check up to the glass for everyone behind me to see my information. She didn't need to verify the amount on the check matches the screen that way. Also I told her I wanted to bring my account to a zero balance due to a debit overdrafting my account. She had the yell the amount my account was overdraft for to the lobby after she just displayed my check information. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. She needs to be trained on privacy when it comes to dealing with bankers. Or give her a different position that doesn't involve dealing with customers since she clearly doesn't know what good customer service is."

"Not sure where all of these bad reviews are coming from. Just opened an account at this location and the service was excellent. Everyone was very kind and the attention was fast. The personnel is accomodating, knowledgeable and very friendly. Would definitely come again."

"The worst BOA (or bank in general) I've ever been to. Customer service is non-existant, no matter the time of day - nobody ever answers the phone - going as far as picking up the phone and hanging up immediately, even with an appointment - waiting 45+ minutes after your appointment time that was made 2 weeks in advance, no notary on site since February, etc. etc. etc. I can go on and on, but moral of the story - do not go here."

"It's pretty obvious to me that customer service is completely out the door. What kind of Bank that screws up an elderly person's account, and when you go to the bank to straighten out the account with the walker aided senior tells you that they can't see you that day because we don't have an appointment. Are you kidding me? And you can give me your token "thanks for your feedback" answer. The next time I come into that bank will be the last, along with her money."
