"I used to like Eastern Bank when they were a smaller bank, now they’ve gotten too big and treat you like another dollar sign. I took my Tuesday morning off to go to this branch at 9am to talk to a manager, and the teller rudely told me that the manager was in a meeting and she could try to help if I didn’t want to wait. After trying to help me she told me that I had to see the manager to solve my issue, and that the manager was going to be in a meeting until 1PM. I find the unprofessionalism and the lack of managerial availability unacceptable, and after being with them for over 15 years I have decided to switch banks and opened an account with Taunton Federal Credit Union where I was treated as their most important customer and with the professionalism I was hoping to get from Eastern Bank."
