"Why have you ignored my review below, replying to everyone but mine, and then ignored my email that I sent? It's like you don't care about feedback if someone is not member, but your poor customer service has prevented me from evee wanting to be a member in the first place!"

"Woman I spoke to today was rude (Spanish woman working on the left counter at around 3:30). I asked her if there was any way to deposit a check if I belonged to another credit union, her answer was rude and unhelpful and she looked at me as if it was ludicruous for me to even ask that question, even though it was a completely reasonable question to ask. A helpful response would have been to politely say they did not and point me to somewhere that they can. I then asked her if I can exchange 20 dollar bills for rolls of quarters and she rudely shook her head and condescendingly told me that she couldn't because I wasn't a member. If these are the policies then fine, but the way she delivered the message and her attitude throughout was not friendly and she needs customer service training. Her unhelpful attitude prevented me from ever wanting to open an account at this branch. I am also disappointed with the lack of features if the info she gave was correct. Many other credit unions have shared branching. There should at least be an option to cash a check even if there is a fee for non-members. Many banks offer these services so my questions were legitimate."
"My partner uses Metro and it works great for him. Went into this branch yesterday for help and the people were very helpful and kind. The interior is well kept. They are still using plastic dividers as of 11-16-22 so that's cool. Overall would recommend this branch."
