"NACA is a lot of work but so worth it. I've. been working with Jose who is so informative and patient. Pre-approvals are going to be intense anywhere you go but I love the handholding and action plans that NACA provides, it makes you feel like you're guaranteed success."
"NACA is an incredible program that helps the community to able to afford to be home owners. The advisers work is great! They guide though the whole process and provide you with all the information you need."
"I am still in the early phases of working with NACA. I have heard good things about this organization and am looking forward to going through the process. I had my first meeting with a counselor and they were informative, thorough and patient."
"I bought my first house when I was 25 years old, and it was such an overwhelming and exhausting experience. Working with NACA to purchase another house has been a wonderful experience so far. I am very pleased with the support I have received and, thankful to find a program that does not require any money down. If you are looking to purchase a house, I highly recommend NACA."
"After a completely random conversation I had with two friends over this summer I did some YouTube and online research into NACA. I must say it all sounded too good to be true with the benefits provided but I eventually signed up for a workshop in September and the following month did my intake and now in November I am preparing for my qualification to buy my first home. NACA is not advertised enough in my opinion and needs to be discussed so much more as a way to purchase a home for people of all income levels and I am happy I have learned about them this year. I can not say enough good things about my counselor who is on her game and provides concise information and did a very thorough job with my documents to highlight what I was missing and what more was needed. One con I saw all over the internet was the process of getting qualified, as my experience goes if you have your ducks in a row and do what is required of you it will be a very fast process. NACA for the WIN!"
