"Way down hill!!! I have been a member of this back for 10+ years had family join and everything. This was my most favorite location and over the last 2 years they have went so far down in the customer service area. I don’t even bother going in anymore. It’s really sad because Brighton is a family area and when businesses lose that touch it’s never a good thing."

"I like this branch and how convenient it is. it's busy and lively and staff are very nice and helpful and ATM machines don't break often. I had a good experience with the bankers every time I went in and they always tried to help and answer my questions and direct me in case I needed help somehow."

"This is not the first time: customer service representatives have preferences among their clientes. They don’t respect the order of the arriving. We were waiting in the line and they took care of another customer that arrived after us, they said we need to wait a little bit more, today we took the day off to do this with our bank and we couldn’t, I think you guys at citizens bank need to take care of this and try to improve your customer service, because this kind of issues are unfair an annoying."

"Tellers are super friendly, but like 4 out of 5 times when I visited, I had to wait at least 10 min with long waiting line because there are only 2 counters serving customers. (Many times only one counter running) If you are in hurry, do not go this place. But if you don’t mind waiting 10 minutes and meeting very friendly tellers, you’ll be fine with this location."

"Not really recommend this location. They might too busy that why always have a mistake. We opened an account with them last month. We took 2 hours just to open an account. Then He forgot to make another Debit card for me and forgot to order Check book for us. Also after ask him he asked us to come back to pick up the Debit card other day. I’m very busy then I just came here today to pick up my Debit card @2 pm and the guy still have the case that understandable but the lady come to ask me that after he finish that case could take 30 mins more for back up what da heck. Poor service here not really recommend for anyone. Other location could provide better service ever."
