"I went into this location to resolve an issue regarding a flagged account after I got married and processed a name change. With no follow-up, my account was closed and not once did an individual contact us with next step solutions. I had to contact the 1-800 telephone number to see where my funds actually went. When I called to speak to a branch manager, they informed me that they would contact me back, but I have yet to hear anything. Very unprofessional and certainly a lack of both urgency and consideration…never should anyone have to continuously reach out to just gain insight on progress of an account…"

"This place runs on an incredibly inefficient system. There is an associate who could be helping customers but instead this person says “hello” to people using the atm. You need an appointment, but it seems like there are only 2 people helping customers for an unknown time around lunch. Maybe once we sit here for hours things will be more efficient… I will not hold my breath."
