"Went there the other day and had the misfortune of having Theresa as my teller. Everyone else who works there seemed fine but Theresa seemed put out for having to cash my check. I was in line for awhile and I noticed the way she talked to all the other tellers was so negative I felt bad for them. At one point she was YELLING at someone?? Who does that?? Where’s the professionalism. I understand people have bad days but that was so uncalled for. I normally don’t leave reviews but I was just so shocked at how Theresa was acting AND she seems like she’s the manager? Get it together Rockland Trust. I will not being going to this location again. And if you do — AVOID THERESA"

"This banks staff is amazing hands down nicest people ever. I’m rating it 1stsr because it’s the ONLY bank in America that doesn’t allow me to link my account to my crypto fiat wallet. (Basically means that I need to switch banks in order to cash out on crypto) this is really unprofessional. They need to come to terms with the future and start accepting crypto as a form of currency instead of something that kids play with which os what I think this bank thinks crypto is."

"I've had Rockland Trust for at least 24 years. This particular branch has the best staff, that are friendly, knowledgeable, and follow through. Today Andrea, Jackie, and Paul assisted me in retrieving archived records from years ago in order to help me with a mutual fund checking account....I won't say which branch said there was "nothing they could do" but will point out that the joint effort of these three made the "impossible" possible. Thank you."
