"When I tell you that some of the associates have the worst attitude. Like you’re not supposed to ask them anything at all. Both times that I’ve visited, I’ve met with two women who seemed like the managers and they had the worst attitudes. I visited today (Oct. 27th) and I asked an older Hispanic lady for help and she reluctantly answered me as if I wasn’t supposed to be talking to her and when I asked her my question, she responded “what” with an attitude of course. But there’s a blonde girl that wears gold earrings and she is the sweetest person and helped me with my issue."

"I bought three pieces of clothing online and returned them at this store at 6:40 pm on October 4, 2023. I wanted a refund form at that time, and the store clerk said they would send me an email. A week later, I found that there was no email. There was no refund and the clothes were gone. I went to the store today to inquire. The department head said there was nothing she could do, what should I do?"

"I like the store in general but please UPDATE the google if you suddenly decide to close in the middle of the day!! In fact on google, it shows close at 9pm. I came in at 5:50 pm to return an item, all the doors were locked, the store was closed. There’s no sign about store closed at the door as well. I came all the way, and it started to rain. So please don’t show “Open” when you’re actually closed."

"I must say it’s pretty horrible. When you spend a couple hundred dollars in a clothing store and you leave and you get home and one of the items still has a security tag on it yet you live two hours away. Then you try to call the store and the store doesn’t answer the number that you find on Google. So then you call customer service for the company itself and customer service tells you there are no phone numbers for the store. The store cannot take calls. Then you ask customer service to send you a label so you can return the item to them and they can send you one without the security tag and they tell you they can’t do that you have to go to the store. It’s not the customers fault that the cashier left the security tag on the item. It’s also not the customers fault that the alarm didn’t sound when the customer walked out the front door. So the moral of the story is don’t buy anything from Zara if you’re not close enough to return it."

"Store can be messy, tables full of clothes piled up and they do have long check out lines but I have to say there ARE DEALS in this store. I found a $90 jacket for $19.99 on clearance. So check the store out and have patience. Check out girl was very friendly."
