"Came to this location as it states it is open until 5p. Watch a lady walk out the door at 4:50p and a car pull off from the drive up window so I park and walk to the door and it’s locked! Purposely chose this location instead of the other Franklin St as I was going to be cutting it too close and wanted to be sure to the the company deposit made today… poor customer service. Be open till 5p if u say your going to be open until 5p!"

"Bad customer service, the people who work here are not welcoming at all. Their is one White guy and Hispanic woman that is nice but I rarely get them. The rest gives off a bad vibe. Bad juju here. There need some customer service training."
