"Recently, I shopped at the Old Navy Outlets and I will NEVER go back!! I was checking out and told the cashier I DID NOT want to put in my phone number, and she did not push, however this lady named “Libby” stormed over and interrupted my cashier!! Not only aggressively asked me to get the credit card, but embarrassed the worker infront of me!! I have worked in retail for years and would NEVER speak to my workers that way. Never supporting that store again!!"
