"Bankers aren't helpful, and you cannot contact any banks. Every business directs you through a 24/7 call center, which is annoying and unhelpful when you only have a question that would take 20 seconds for an answer for as the call center doesn't provide it. Horrible experience."

"Officially getting 1 star simply because every branch you call HAS to go through the 24/7 contact center! Before Covid and before they expanded to federal, everything was easier and better. Now it’s trash. Join small credit unions. These ones no longer care about the members"

"I have called 4 Service Credit Union offices, I get the same old, "our reps are all busy, leave your name, number and member number and we'll return your call." It doesn't matter what time I call, the same old menu and no one calls me back. I have an issue that ALL the branches are so busy they can't call back. This needs to be fixed."
